New from T&J Performance Center are these heavy-duty diff covers for Dana 30, 35, 44, & 50. While providing greater protection against rocks and other hazards, the extra 1/8-inch steel plating along the bottom of the cover also acts as a skidplate to make getting past obstacles much easier.

Note:Upon installation of this cover, before operating the vehicle, check the inside clearances of the oil filler plug to be certain that the plug does not contact with the inner differential carrier, case, locker unit, or ring gear.
Use of a marking compound is recommended to accomplish the inspection.
If the fill plug does come in contact with inner components of the differential, the inner portion of the plug must be slightly ground to eliminate any such contact. Failure to do so will result in driveline related damage.
For Jeep TJ Rubicon vehicles, use both the gasket and the silicone provided (this will aid in providing the necessary clearance).
